| How did you come to know Jesus? |
It was when I was in Grade 12. I didn't know any
Christians but one day I found a Bible at the back of my cupboard.
I was looking for meaning, for certainty about who I was and for
someone to love me. I found all those things in that book! God promises
that even though we all go our own way without him, he can take away
our shame and give us family and identity. I asked him to do that
for me, and he did! |
| What does Jesus mean to you? |
Life. Before I knew him I just wanted my life to end, but now I know the life
that is truly life. |
| What is your favourite scripture, and why is it? |
The Bible says God is the "Lover of my soul". Only by God am I fully known and fully loved. That's a love big enough to live in! |
